AN ADVENTURE IN HAMPI

The first time I saw Hampi was in an architectural drawing by a senior in college. He had imagined the city in all its glory – in its celebrations & splendour. It is no less, in real life. One of those quirky places on earth, which stands defiant to everything that goes on around it. The colours in the photos are more classical, a bit muted, but timeless – very much like Hampi itself. The people – seeking various things – faith, money, glory & sometimes themselves – also feature prominently.
